Sunday 16th June @ 12noon the Cork Summer Show will be our host and
venue for this years 13th Republic Ireland Strongest Man 2013 for the
coveted King Fionn Trophy...
Strongest of the strong 16 finalists that qualified from the Republic
qualifier will be in attendance...This is going to be a real Celtic
warrior battle like no other...Who's going to win?We'll soon see!!!
Top 7 qualify for the Televised Ireland's Strongest Man 2013...

Rocket Squats for reps (240kg Super Yolk),x2
competitors,90 secs.
2. Log Last Man Standing,x 1 competitor,2attempts in
60 secs,
Start 110kg,115kg,120kg,125kg, 130kg and so on.
3. Hercules Hold for max,x1 competitor,1 tonne car on ramps in each
hand.
4. Monster Tyre(1000lb),x1 competitor,90 secs
5. Stone of Strength(Causeway Wall),90 secs,x 1 competitor,
5stone 85kg-145kg.
6. Strongman Steeple Chase Duck Walk(200kg),x 2 competitors,
30metres(15up and 15 down),18inch platform.
Winner will be crowned the Republic Ireland
Strongest Man 2013
and lift the coveted King Fionn Trophy...
