Proposed activities
for the show: Saturday: We hope to run a promotional stand. There will be promotional boards with photos, information, flyers etc. We also have a few gifts e.g. High visibility vests, key rings, pens etc.. that may be handed out to visitors of our stand. Stand is roughly 3m x 3m. We might have a few pull ups outside depending on the weather. 5-6 people hoped to attend and help during the day. Sunday: A club challenge is planned to be run on the Sunday of the show. This will require a bit of area where we will place different obstacles that will require teams of five to complete different tasks. It will take about 3 hours to run this activity. Different tasks include: Opening a set of different locks on a chain, Carrying different pieces of a jigsaw through an obstacle course before completing it. Milking a Cow (Fake cow obviously!) Changing a wheel More to be added...
We will also continue to operate our
promotional stand on the Sunday as well.
