2012 Trade Stand Entry Form 
**** Prize For the Most Creative Trade Stand ****

Once again, the Munster Agricultural Society are delighted to invite you to join us on Friday 15th , Saturday 16th  & Sunday 17th  June for .the Cork Summer Show 2012 .

 The Society has just completed the purchase of a New Site at Curraheen on the edge of the City, just off  .the N25 Ballincollig By-Pass.   .This will be the venue of the 2012 and future shows.

 Please find enclosed a Trade Stand Application Form together with the relevant information, .guidelines,rules and conditions
 (please read carefully).

 Given the unprecedented demand for exhibition space at the show in 2011,
 I earnestly request that all intending exhibitors complete their application documents and return  them to the office at their   .earliest convenience. This year we will be limiting stands by category / .activity, this is to ensure an even spread of displays and .give the public a good mix.

 Before a application is approved, the application form together with payment must be received.

 Doing so will help us to allocate exhibition area to exhibitors so as to ensure satisfaction for all parties.
 Additionally, should you have any specific (and reasonable!) exhibition requirements PLEASE make note .of them on the Application   .Form so we are aware of your request and can discuss any points with you.

 Additionally, please note in light of the exceptional level of demand for exhibition area in 2011, late .entries will not be accepted for
 the 2012 Show beyond Friday 27th April. This deadline will be strictly .adhered to.

 We look forward to receiving your completed form, along with payment and a copy of your public liability  .insurance certificate, and .wish you every success at the Show.
