Virtual Show Rules and Regulations


  • The Judge’s decision is final.
  • All entries are online only. Absolutely no other form of entering the competitions is available.
  • Closing date for entries is Tuesday June 30th @ midnight. Absolutely no late entries will be entertained.
  • Name of Child and Date of Birth is a requisite for entering certain classes. This information is solely for use by the Munster Agricultural Society to determine eligibility for that competition.
  • By supplying images or video footage you are automatically agreeing that the images/video can be used by the Society, it’s servants or agents and will be in the public domain..
  • Videos should have a voiceover describing your animal or exhibit where necessary. If the voiceover is not in English you will be required to submit a document in English to use for subtitling video if required.
  • All photographs and videos must be created after 5th June 2020.
  • When entering you will need to have read the rules specific to the category that you are entering to know exactly what you will be required to upload for that class. You will not be able to pass beyond the upload video/photograph unless you have submitted the requisite number of images or video or file.
  • All entry fees will be donated to charity.
  • No Refunds under any circumstances.
  • Competitors take part in these competitions at their own risk. Cork Virtual Summer Show will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in these virtual competitions.
  • All results will be announced over the weekend of the Show 4th & 5th July, 2020.
  • All Rosette and Prize Cards will be electronic.
