ALL IRELAND HOME COOK:
This COOKERY competition will run throughout the day on Sunday the 18th June with Chef Adrian Martin doing
demos in between the contestants.

Competition Format:

• Qualifiers will have 45 minutes to prepare and cook a main course of their choice.
• A electric hob and electric oven will be provided at the Show along with power points and a work area.
• Each contestant must bring along their own ingredients and whatever pots pans knives etc. that they require to prepare and cook their dish.
• Dishes will be judged on presentation, cooking skills, Taste, cleanliness and best use of ingredients.
• The winner of each regional show will Go Forward to the All-Ireland Final
