Drop-off and Collection information for Exhibitors & Competition Entrants
 

Cattle - Sat 17 June - Gate B opens at 7.15am, Cattle classes begin at 11.00am in all rings – Movement documentation must be completed in the Secretary’s Office and competition numbers collected.
 

Ponies - Sat 17 June – Gate B opens at 7.15am, all Pony showing rings start at 10.30am sharp, except Working Hunter Ponies which start at 10.00am sharp; Please collect competition numbers from Secretary’s Office.
 

Horses - Sun 18 June – Gate B opens at 7.15am, all Horse showing rings start at 11.00am sharp; please collect competition numbers from Secretary’s Office.
 

Sheep - Sun 18 June – Gate B opens at 7.15am, Sheep classes start at 12 noon in all rings; Movement documentation must be completed in the Secretary’s Office and competition numbers collected. 
 

Pigs - Sun 18 June - Gate B opens at 7.15am; Pig classes start at 2pm. Please note - Pigs are to be penned before 8.30am on Sat (no traffic allowed on site after this time); Movement documentation must be completed prior to arrival at the Show, competition numbers can be collected from the Chief Steward at the Pig display area. 
 

Goats - Sun 18 June - Gate B opens at 7.15am; Goat classes begin at 11.30am; Movement documentation must be completed in the Secretary’s Office and competition numbers collected. 
 

Poultry - Sun 18 June - Gate A opens at 7.15am; all birds must be in their cages in Poultry marquee by 10am sharp, Judging starts at 10.30am sharp; please collect your competition numbers from the Chief Steward at the Poultry marquee; birds may only be removed from the Poultry marquee between 5.00-6.30pm.

Floral Art - Entry via Main Gate - Staging in the Floral Art marquee - Fri 16 June, 4.00-8.00pm; Judging - Sat 17 June, 8.00-10.00am; Viewing - Sat 17 June,  from 11am; Dismantling - Sun 18 June, 5.00-6.00pm.

 

Arts, Crafts & Baking - Entry via Main Gate - Exhibits must be delivered to the Arts, Crafts & Baking marquee between 2.30-4.30pm on Fri 16 June 2023; Judging begins at 5pm on Fri 16 June; exhibits can only be collected between 5.00-7.00pm on Sun 18 June.
 

Horticulture – Entry via Main Gate - All exhibits must be delivered to the Horticulture marquee between 2.30-4.30pm on Friday 16 June and can only be collected between 5.00-7.00pm on Sun 18 June.
