Please ensure you follow the specific guidelines for your category. It is the responsibility of each competitor to arrive in good time for their class. Gate B opens at 7:15am unless otherwise stated. Competition numbers must be collected prior to the start of each class.
Livestock & Animal Entries

Cattle – Saturday, 14 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Cattle classes begin at 11.00am in all rings.
→ Movement documentation must be completed in the Secretary’s Office and competition numbers collected. -
Ponies – Saturday, 14 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Showing rings start at 10.30am sharp (Working Hunter Ponies begin at 10.00am).
→ Competition numbers available from the Secretary’s Office.

Horses – Sunday, 15 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Showing rings start at 11.00am sharp.
→ Competition numbers to be collected from the Secretary’s Office.

NOTE: Looking for stabling for Horse / Ponies for the nights or weekend of the Cork Summer Show.

Sheep – Sunday, 15 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Classes start at 12 noon in all rings.
→ Movement documentation must be completed in the Secretary’s Office and competition numbers collected. -
Pigs – Sunday, 15 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Pig classes begin at 2.00pm.
→ Important: Pigs must be penned before 8.30am on Saturday as no traffic will be permitted on site after this time.
→ Movement documentation must be completed prior to arrival. Competition numbers can be collected from the Chief Steward at the Pig display area. -
Goats – Sunday, 15 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Classes begin at 11.30am.
→ Movement documentation must be completed in the Secretary’s Office and competition numbers collected. -
Poultry – Sunday, 15 June
Gate B opens at 7.15am. Birds must be in cages inside the Poultry Marquee by 10.00am sharp. Judging begins at 10.30am.
→ Competition numbers available from the Chief Steward. Birds may only be removed from the Poultry Marquee between 5.00pm and 6.30pm.
Indoor & Marquee Exhibits

Floral Art – Friday, 13 June
Entry via Main Gate.
→ Staging: 4.00pm–8.00pm (Floral Art Marquee)
→ Judging: Saturday, 8.00am–10.00am
→ Viewing: From 11.00am Saturday
→ Dismantling: Sunday, 5.00pm–6.00pm -
Arts, Crafts & Baking – Friday, 13 June
Entry via Main Gate.
→ Drop-off: Between 2.30pm–4.30pm
→ Judging: Friday at 5.00pm
→ Collection: Sunday between 5.00pm–7.00pm -
Horticulture – Friday, 13 June
Entry via Main Gate.
→ Drop-off: Between 4.00pm–8.00pm
→ Collection: Sunday between 5.00pm–7.00pm
