Horses €20; All Working Hunter Classes €20, unless otherwise stated. 
Brood Mares and Young Horses €20; Foals €10
I.S.A. Qualifiers €15

Prize Money:
Horses: 1st €100; 2nd €60; 3rd €40, unless otherwise stated. 
Foals: 1st €50; 2nd €30; 3rd €20
 

Horse Championship  - Champion €100 / Reserve Champion €50,unless otherwise stated 

                                                         I.S.A. Levy - 5% deducted from prize money.

Please note; 
A. 1st and 2nd Prize winners are eligible to entry their respective Championships. 
B. The committee reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate any class if insufficient entries are received.
C.  NO Stallions allowed, with the exception of Foals & Yearlings, or unless specifically stated in a qualifier. 
D. This year Working Hunter Horse Classes will include a Showing Phase. 
 

THE IRISH SHOWS ASSOCIATION & LEITRIM IRISH DRAUGHT BREEDERS PRESENT - THE LEITRIM IRISH DRAUGHT BREEDERS CHAMPIONSHIP
Delivered by Horse Sport Ireland and funded under National Breeding Services by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

  1. This competition is open to animals, with the breed code ID, registered in The Irish Draught Horse Studbook (or a harmonised Irish Draught Studbook) with recorded breeding.
  2. One Mare & Foal may qualify at each show.
  3. Exhibitors to both the qualifier & Final must have their Mare's passport available for inspection prior to entry to Judging Ring. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to immediate disqualification.
  4. Passports & Microchips should be read by a Vet at the Final.
  5. One of the judges at the qualifying show must be a qualified Irish Draught Horse Judge.
  6. Animals qualified for final are not eligible to compete in any other class at Mohill Show other than qualifying clases for other ISA finals.
  7. The Qualifying Exhibitor must fill out their own Qualifying Card at each Qualifying Show.

These rules should be read in conjunction with the I.S.A Rules.

Location:  Mohill Show,  Date:  Sun, 17th Aug, 2025 Start time 2pm. 

Prizes:   1st - €500.00 , and Central Motors Perpetual Trophy , 2nd - €300.00 , 3rd - €200.00 , 4th - €150.00 , 5th - €100.00 , 6th - €100.00 , 7th - to end will receive €60 on appearance at final.

No entries permitted on day of event.
