To be considered for a trade space at the Cork Summer Show 2025, a two-day event held at Curraheen Showgrounds, Cork, you must provide all required information below. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

To avoid delays, please have all checklist details ready before starting your online application:

  • Power Requirements (indoor only, if needed)
  • List of Electrical Equipment

  • Advertising Preferences
  • Product & Service Details

✅ Structure & Equipment Information

  • Stand Structure & Equipment Details

✅ Insurance Requirements

  • Insurance Details & Letter from Insurer
    • Letter must include all required details as outlined in the sample letter and terms & conditions.

✅ Terms & Conditions

  • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions, including access times
  • Ensure you have read all terms & conditions in detail

✅ Payment Details (Payment must be completed with your application)

  • Online Payment (Preferred Method): Pay via Stripe during online application
  • Cheque: Make payable to Cork Summer Show
  • Bank Transfer: Include your order reference with the payment

⚠ Important: Due to catering agreements, no food or drink for immediate consumption can be sold.
