Agri Aware - Farmyard 
Agri Aware’s Farmyard will host informational displays, and educational demonstrations throughout Cork Summer Show 2026.
These activities are tailored towards the anticipated audience and are aimed at engaging members of the public on the importance of agriculture in Ireland, including where their food comes from.

β¨ New for this year at the Cork Summer Show! β¨
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new trial display — not a competition, but a fun and interactive experience for all ages. Taking place in the Pet Corner (which will convert to the Poultry Marquee for Sunday), this special display is happening on Saturday only, so be sure to come along and say hello! You’ll meet a wonderful range of animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, a donkey and foal, birds, pigeons, white pheasants, and more. π£ Plus, keep an eye out for our newborn chicks… if they decide to hatch in time (we can’t count our chicks before they hatch!). There’s so much to see and explore — don’t miss it!
Tug of War at Cork Summer Show
We’re delighted to welcome Tug of War Ireland to this year’s event! On Saturday, enjoy fun and promotional Tug of War competitions, perfect for getting involved and experiencing the excitement. On Sunday, don’t miss the official National Competitions, where top teams will compete for honours. This is a fantastic family-friendly attraction and a great spectacle for all ages. Activities will run between 10:30am and 11:30am, with the first competitive pull starting at 12 noon.
Shopping At Cork Summer Show
Shopping at the Cork Summer Show offers a unique opportunity to explore over 300 traders all in one place, showcasing the very best in local, artisan, craft, food, and retail offerings. It’s an ideal day out for discovering new products, supporting small businesses, and finding something special you won’t get on the high street. With such a wide variety of exhibitors, visitors can enjoy a vibrant, bustling marketplace atmosphere while experiencing the best of what Cork and beyond has to offer.

Dressage Demonstration – Sunday at Midday 
Join us in the Equine Rings this Sunday at midday for an exciting Dressage Demonstration featuring two outstanding riders. Sue Smallman will showcase her expertise at Grand Prix level, offering a fantastic insight into the precision, harmony, and skill of top-level dressage. She’ll be joined by Emily-Kate, who will present a unique and inspiring demonstration with A Plus Tard, an ex-racehorse now being retrained for dressage. This is a great opportunity to see the versatility of thoroughbreds and the journey from racing to the dressage arena.

Getting to the Show – Making Your Journey Easier
We’re working to make getting to the Cork Summer Show as smooth and convenient as possible for everyone attending.
For Exhibitors: All livestock must enter via Exit 1 on the South Link Road and proceed to Gate B of the Showgrounds.
For the General Public: We strongly encourage visitors to use one of our four FREE Park & Ride locations, offering regular services that will bring you directly to the Show gate. Alternatively, you can take the 208 bus, which will be running a reduced fare service straight to the Showgrounds for your convenience.
On-Site Parking: For those travelling by car, please note that a one-way traffic system will be in operation from the Marymount Roundabout to help manage flow and reduce congestion.
