Remember: Closing Date for Trade Applications is Wednesday 5th May 2027
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Please read all Terms & Conditions in full before applying.
- Submission of an Booking Form or Expression of Interest does not guarantee a trade stand allocation.
- No stand will be allocated without confirmed insurance documentation.
- Applications will only be considered if the following are fully complete and received:
- Completed application form
- Letter from insurer
- Full product/service details
- Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
- Receipt of full payment
- If your application is unsuccessful, your payment will be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

Please follow the step-by-step process carefully to ensure your application is completed successfully.

F. General Fashion (Indoor)
TRADERS STAFF PASSES ALLOCATION (over the show weekend)
- 1 stand: 4 passes
- 2 stands: 8 passes
- 3 stands: 12 passes
- 4 stands: 16 passes
- 5+ stands: max 22 passes
Exhibitors without a valid pass must pay standard admission.
PRODUCT & SERVICE DETAILS
Please clearly outline all products and services being sold or demonstrated.
Only items listed in your application will be permitted.
Prohibited goods (e.g. weapons, balloons, etc.) are strictly forbidden and may result in removal from site.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Provide a short description (max 50 words) for inclusion in the official exhibitor listing and website.
STRUCTURE & EQUIPMENT DETAILS
Include details of your stand setup (e.g. marquee, van, tables, chairs). Ensure your structure is suitable for your allocated space. Machinery exhibitors should carefully plan layout before confirming.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Full public liability insurance is mandatory
- Letter from insurer must confirm cover details and indemnity
- Applications will not be processed without valid insurance documentation
ONSITE AND SHOW CATALOGUE ADVERTISING
Onsite Advertising panels Rates Below. Note bring your poster to the Show office by Wednesday 16th 2027
- €80 per advert (Size: 1meter X1 meter or 3m long X1 meter)
- €130 for two adverts (Size: 1meter X1 meter or 3m long X1 meter)
Show Catalogue Advertising Rates:

Full A5 Page: €130 plus Vat

Half A5 Page: €100 plus Vat
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- All stands must remain clean and litter-free. €200 fine may apply for non-compliance
- Compostable packaging only (no polystyrene permitted)
- Strict health & safety compliance required at all times
- Organisers reserve the right to refuse or remove any exhibitor
PAYMENT
- Payment required before application is processed
- Payment does not guarantee acceptance
- Accepted methods: card, cheque, bank transfer (please contact tradestands@corksummershow.com)
- Reference must include Business Name or Application ID number
